Our Sourcing Process

- Supplier discovery and screening. We research candidate factories and trading suppliers, cross-check available company and product information, and flag unverified claims.
- Request quotations. We help clarify specifications, minimum order quantities (MOQ), sample terms, production lead times and quotation conditions.
- Supplier introductions and coordination. We introduce suitable candidates and facilitate Chinese–English business communication, sampling and follow-up.
- Optional additional coordination. Factory visits, third-party inspection, shipping coordination and payment arrangements can be discussed separately and require an agreed scope.

Depending on the assignment, outputs may include a supplier shortlist, product comparison, quotations with stated assumptions, a summary of supplier checks and a next-step communication plan.
